Privacy Policy

This section describes the Privacy Policy in force regarding the usage of our mobile apps.

• User IDs and passwords
  (a) If you register for the usage of our App, we will provide you with/you will be asked to choose a user ID and password.
  (b) Your user ID must not be liable to mislead and must comply with the content rules acceptable globally. You must not use your account or user ID for or in connection with the impersonation of any person.
  (c) You must keep your password confidential.
  (d) You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your password.
  (e) Your name, mailID, username and password are all stored in our cloud database and is used for the App functionality and authentication. The same is never shared with any third party (Except for emailID and Phone Number : Which may be used for internal analysis and communication purposes)
• Cancellation and suspension of account
  We may:
  (a) suspend your account;
  (b) cancel your account; and/or
  (c) edit your account details,at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.
• Request for Account and Data Removal
  
  (a) In case you are not using the App, you can uninstall the same which will remove all data from your device.
  (b) If you want the data at our Cloud storage also to be removed, you may write a mail for general_scs@yahoo.co.in mentioning your emailID, username. Upon receiving your request, the data shall be removed within 7 working days from our Cloud server.
• Disclosure of Your Personal Data
  (a) Business Transactions : If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred.
  (b) Law enforcement : Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
  (c) Other legal requirements : The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
  • (i) Comply with a legal obligation (ii) Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company (iii) Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service (iv) Protect the personal safety of Users of the Service or the public (v) Protect against legal liability
• Security of Your Data
  The security of Your Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
• Variations
  (a) We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time.
  (b) The revised terms and conditions shall apply to the use of our App from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions on the website, and you hereby waive any right you may otherwise have to be notified of, or to consent to, revisions of these terms and conditions. / We will give you written notice of any revision of these terms and conditions, and the revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date that we give you such notice; if you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you must stop using our App.
• Law and jurisdiction
  (a) A contract under these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with law of Government of India.
  (b) Any disputes relating to a contract under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.
