• Annual Maintenance Charges
  If you renew your software license by paying the charges online through this website;
  In case your account gets debited and failure occurs at the payment gateway, the respective payment gateway shall initiate an Automtic refund.and the services on this portal are not activated,
  In case your account gets debited, payment gateway process is completed and the services on this portal are not activated,
  you need to write a mail to general_scs@yahoo.co.in with a cc to support@softman.in
  mentioning the complete details of your transaction with registered emailID
  Admin shall examin your case, check the status of your subscription on the server and shall
  inform you about the action taken. Normally, refunds are processed within 7 working days !
• Generation of License keys for New Software Registration
  If you generate a new license key by paying the charges online through this website;
  In case your account gets debited and failure occurs at the payment gateway, the respective payment gateway shall initiate an Automtic refund.and the services on this portal are not activated,
  In case your account gets debited and the services on this portal are not activated
  resulting into you not getting the license activation key or DLL file, you need to write a mail to general_scs@yahoo.co.in with a cc to support@softman.in mentioning the complete details of your transaction with registered emailID
  Admin shall examin your case, check the status of your subscription on the server and shall
  inform you about the action taken. Normally, refunds are processed within 7 working days !
• Activation/Renewal of any other subscription services
  If you renew your subscription by paying the charges online through this website;
  In case your account gets debited and failure occurs at the payment gateway, the respective payment gateway shall initiate an Automtic refund.and the services on this portal are not activated,
  In case your account gets debited, payment gateway process is completed and the subscription is not renewed,
  you need to write a mail to nvmuley.scs@gmail.com with a cc to support@softman.in
  mentioning the complete details of your transaction with registered emailID
  Admin shall examin your case, check the status of your subscription on the server and shall
  inform you about the action taken. Normally, refunds are processed within 7 working days !
• IMPORTANT NOTE
  All renewal and payment options on this website are fully automatic. The related OTP or Activation keys are shared on your registered mail ID only. Please keep these OTP/keys secret and do not disclose it to any person.
• DISCLAIMER
  (a) By making the transaction on this website, you agree to all our terms and conditions and the maximum refund amount in case of a failed tranasction will be the amount you paid.
